Celinox 30 vol. The ideal application for light or extra light tones with a higher bleaching level is 9%. When bleaching, it is perfect for applying bleaching techniques with light or very light shade results.
Mix until obtaining a homogeneous cream with the Celine Color Cream in the recommended dose.
